Attraversiamo...

So, I haven't been online for a long time. Before, my blog was all about getting skinny. But I wasn't doing it healthily. Of course, I still want to be thinner; I don't think that feeling will ever go away. I'm at the biggest I've ever been right now and I'm not comfortable with it. But I want to lose these extra pounds the healthy way.

I was in a psychiatric hospital for 6 months; bulimia, suicidal tendencies and general emotional instability landed me there. I realise I've been supporting and advertising such negative ideas... And its not right. I want to make this blog into something that will positively inspire both myself and anyone that wants to read it.

I'm still recovering and every day there's an internal battle I'm fighting with myself to keep myself on the straight and narrow.

If anyone's interested, I'll be posting a kind of autobiography-ish post, explaining the past few years... It's been a bumpy ride but I hope it shows others that they're not alone.

If anyone wants to chat, just message me. Don't suffer in silence. I can't guarantee that I can help you, but I can listen to those to feel that no one else does.
